You’re wounds not mended,
My words resended.
My fails spoke,
My love has been revoked.
Things will never be the same,
You would never be able to look at me the same.
I realize I’m a lost cause to you,
Caused too much pain upon you.
My feelings never changed,
But I respect your wishes.
I would have never thought this would happen to me,
But I know its my life’s deeds that pushed you away from me.
I wish I could only hug you close once more,
See you walk through this door.
Instead I see myself staring at the door when I come home.
This isn’t home.
